5 MINUTE Mayonnaise. Perfect every time. Extremely Easy.
This is the easiest way to make mayonnaise. In fact if i'd known before it was this easy I would never have bought any. And best if all, its perfect for adapting to your own taste - personally i like to add more mustard to give it an extra twang.
Sterilize the jars by placing them in the microwave of full power with a little water (about 1 cm) in the base for a couple of minutes. Beware the jars will be VERY hot when they come out. Let them cool a bit in the microwave before starting the mayonnaise process.

Definitely need a pressed type connector to splice the wires together instead of using electrical tape. Electrically, that did work, although using just electrical tape, the connections won't last with any force applied to the wires.

You dont happen to know how long its storageable? I assume if you increase the brix by lowering the amount of water AFTER removing the petals it should be long lasting but then the question remains if the compounds responsible for the taste survive the heat for the process…?

This is a terrible video to show people. It will cause them to get sick. The beets either have to be water bath canned or hot pack canned (no longer recommended by the USDA). Additionally, it is foolish to cut the beets before they are cooked, and you wasted the flavor-filled cooking water.

Do not follow this video for technique unless you are a fan of botulism. The basic recipe for the brine is 2 cups vinegar (white or apple), 2 cups of the water you used to boil the beets (or plain water if flavor is not important to you) 2 cups of white sugar (or brown if you prefer the caramel taste) and 1 tbsp salt.

This is kind of funny but it is all good advice. I'm on my third year of quail keeping. Last year I breed a roo who was beautiful. He had bright colors, a great body form, and he was large, only a little smaller then my hens! The problem was he was both a bully and hated by every bird. I've never seen a male quail who was hated so much. Females refused to be near him and would peck at his face when he got persistent. One hen even make the "angry dinosaur noise" at him with an open beak. He would try to catch a female by the head and she would keep going, flailing her head about until he let go. I named him "Disliked" and waited for awhile longer. You mentioned crowing and Disliked crowed constantly. I was hoping he would calm down and be accepted. That never happened. I ended up keeping his calmer but less pretty brother.
